I am proud to join the Lancaster ISD family as Assistant Principal of Belt Line Elementary. It is my aim to create a culture of excellence while developing and supporting the whole child academically, behaviorally, and socially. I've been in the field of education since 1995. Throughout my career in education, I've held several leadership roles to include Campus Instructional Leadership Team, Master Teacher, Lead Teacher, Instructional Coach for Reading and Science, Science and Technology Summer Camp Coordinator, Local and State Assessment Coordinator, and Dance and Step Team Sponsor. I attribute my success to being intentional and living my
life on purpose.
"A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove...but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child."
